Subscription, Free Trial and Cancellation Terms

These terms explain Tandem Plus pricing, the free month, the half-price win-back offer and how to cancel. They are part of the Terms of Service. Local prices, taxes and currency are shown in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm.

1. Plans

Prices in other countries are set in local currency by region and may include tax.

2. Free month

• New subscribers get Tandem Plus free for 1 month. One free month per person and per store account.
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free month ends, your subscription starts and you are charged the plan price you chose.
• We remind you in the app and by notification 2 days before the free month ends.

3. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. Your store account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. If the price goes up, you will be told in advance and, where the law or the store requires, asked to agree again.

4. How to cancel

Cancel any time, in two taps:

• iPhone: Tandem › Settings › Subscription › Manage, or iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Tandem.
• Android: Tandem › Settings › Subscription › Manage, or Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Tandem.

You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

5. Half-price win-back offer

If you cancel or your free month ends without a purchase, we may offer Tandem Plus at half price for a limited time: $10 for the first year, or $1 per month for the first 3 months, then the normal price. The offer is shown in the app (once, plus one reminder) and is redeemed through Apple’s or Google’s win-back offers. One win-back offer per person.

6. Refunds

Payments are taken by Apple or Google and refunds follow their policies: request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or a Google Play refund from your Play order history. EU and UK consumers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right where it applies; by starting a paid period immediately you agree that the service begins at once.

7. What happens when Plus ends

You move to Tandem Free. Your devices stay paired and your settings are kept; Plus-only features (replies, health sync, alerts when apart, two phones and others) stop.
