- Open Tandem › Help › Alerts aren't reaching my watch and tap Run checks.
iPhone
- Settings › Bluetooth › your watch › turn on Share System Notifications.
Android
- Make sure notification access for Tandem is on, and Tandem isn't restricted by battery saver.
