Before you start
- Apple only lets an Apple Watch be activated with an iPhone. Do that once (a borrowed iPhone is fine).
- Connect the watch to Wi-Fi: notifications reach it over the internet when Tandem isn't open.
Pair
- Install Tandem on the Apple Watch from the App Store, and on your Android phone from Google Play.
- Open Tandem on the watch and type its 8-character code into the phone.
- Compare the 6 digits and tap They match on both.
Allow access
- Turn on notification access for Tandem when asked.
- Allow Tandem to run in the background (see the battery guide).
